Wonderful stay with my family and beautiful scenery surroundings. Great place place to spend quality private time in Kotagiri. The home cooked food was delicious and must try pallipalayam chicken & fish curry. Host and manager very helpful during my stays.

Awesome place...clean and neat as per photo. Staff was so polite, helping nature, food was good and very much cooperative. People who are looking for stay nearby Ooty plz visit this place once...you will really love it.

Approximately 30kms from Ooty, 20 kms from Coonoor and 2kms from Kotagiri. This place is on the main road itself with a few views of the tea estates. The caretaker Subeer showed really good hospitality. The place as well as the food menu is a little expensive but totally worth it after you experience it. Nisha is a good host and addresses all your queries.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The location is simply the best — peaceful, yet perfectly connected to everything you might need. The moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is spacious, well-maintained, and the view from the terrace is just breathtaking — we often found ourselves spending hours there, soaking in the serenity. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, a perfect start to each day. The caretakers were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Even the owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. We were so comfortable and happy here that we ended up extending our stay to a full 8 days! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality and stunning views. Would definitely love to come back!

Found the place peaceful and relaxing. Well priced considering we stayed there during the peak Christmas - New year holidays. enjoyed our time there.

A well maintained property, speaks colonial times in every detail. We stayed in honeymoon suite and loved the furniture, cookware, fireplace and what not, all period correct. The breakfast served at in-house kitchen "yellow door cafe" was yum. The staff was super friendly and we felt home especially travelling with a one year old. Very well accessible from city centre, approach roads are a bit narrow though. They don't serve lunch or dinner but you can order in from nearby restaurants. Only negative is the outdoor kids play area which is due for maintenance.
