Beautiful beach house, spotlessly clean, easy walk to several cafes, car rental, little convenience store and a bakery. Lush garden leading straight to the beach. The music at the next door bar gets switched off 10pm sharp, so it didn’t bother us at all. Thank you Ash and Mike for making us feel welcome!

This was our third time staying at Paul’s place. The house is fantastic. It was great to have a full kitchen as we like to prepare our own meals some of the time. We had a car so found it easy to get around the island. Very close to the airport which was handy. It’s not the best area for swimming or snorkelling, but the lagoon outlook is beautiful. We enjoyed afternoon strolls along the beach and ‘happy hour’ on the deck admiring the stunning sunsets. Paul was very easy to communicate with and very generously allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very helpful. There’s a bakery and service station in walking distance which made grabbing a few essentials very easy, however we did a bigger shop at the local supermarket a 5 min drive away. We prefer to snorkel near The Rarotongan and opposite Chantal’s Concierge which was an easy drive towards the other end of the island. Overall a very comfortable stay at a reasonable price. You can’t go wrong at Paul’s.

Thank you for doing our shopping for our arrival, it made things so much easier. We absolutely loved how your house came fully equipped, for example the oils, lotions, insect repellent, blue tooth speaker, I totally mean everything. Your beautiful house is in a perfect location, I love how your property is so huge and how you always keep it looking immaculate. I could go on and on lol just love, love, love. Tenei te tuku mihi kia korua, e kore he aroha mutunga kore. Which means we thank you both very much and our love for you will never end.

Had the most amazing time staying at Ash and family's place! Gorgeous unit to myself, very neat and tidy space with a beautiful surrounding garden space. The unit itself is very well equipped for long stays, with kitchen and bathroom both being very modern. The local area itself is very safe and I had no issues as a solo female traveller! Good proximity to the hospital for my elective placement and a short walk to the main road if catching the bus. Town centre is less than 10 minutes away. Ash and family were very generous during my stay and were the most helpful hosts. If I have the privilege of coming back to Raro, I will definitely be looking to stay again!

It was such a lovely stay, 2 of my friends and I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every night. It was like a real life Moana movie with the chickens there. The abundance of fruit in the backyard was amazing! The host were the most accommodating and kind people, everything we needed was available to utilise. If we ever get the chance to return to Rarotonga we would love to stay here again!

Joseph and Odette were warm and hospitable. Their place was clean and they were reachable at any point if we needed anything. Gracious hosts, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga at Addrienne's Air bnb. Firstly was greeted by Tama at the airport and we followed him back to the house. So was a smooth checkin. It was very peaceful, beautiful scenery over looking the airport and ocean. Rooms were very spacious, big kitchen, out door area was great and the pool.was a bonus with the hot and humid weather. Bambam and Evie were such beautiful dogs and were very placid and enjoyed the company. They would always greet you in the morning or when you return home. Overall we all had a fantastic stay and definetly would recommend it.

From the moment we booked—just 15 hours before arriving in Rarotonga from the U.S.—Janna went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. She was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions quickly and ensuring everything was seamless. Her Airbnb was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even stocked with thoughtful breakfast items—such a kind and welcoming touch! Beyond the wonderful accommodations, Janna’s hospitality was unmatched. She shared fantastic local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable and even helped us arrange a day tour, which ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and thoughtful host, Janna is the best. We can't recommend her Airbnb highly enough and would love to return!
