Excellent séjour. Laurent communique avec fluidité et réactivité. Il est prévenant et flexible ce qui est appréciable avec un enfant en bas âge. L'appartement est idéalement placé, bien équipé (encore une fois mention spéciale pour tout l'équipement pour enfant qui permet de voyager un peu plu léger) et proche de toutes les commodités de ce super village où il n'est pas possible de s'ennuyer. Nous recommandons cet hôte bien organisé et chaleureux

Athena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die einen herzlich willkommen heißt. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und Athena hat sich viel Zeit genommen alles zu erklären und zu zeigen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch: nahe am Strand und auch alles andere ist sehr gut zu erreichen (ob Zug, Bus oder zu Fuß) Gemeinsam mit meinem Hund habe ich die Gegend erkundet und alles war super! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Wonderful location, nice place, Giovanni is a very responsive host. The people at the swimming pool bar at the appartment complex are very friendly . One small improvement to have own wifi instead of the general hotspot that has limited location access.

The view and the town ..!

la struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta bene. Purtroppo la piscina e lo snack bar erano ancora chiusi. Il punto di forza è la posizione e il parcheggio privato. L'appartamento impeccabile con tutti i comfort, anche se molto piccolo è ben organizzato. fiore all'occhiello è un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista sul golfo

We stayed for 3 nights. The view was spectacular, the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable. Communication went very smoothly, Christopher and his team were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

Fint hus i ett lugnt villaområde med gångavstånd till stränder både i Antibes och Juan-les-Pins samt till Antibes gamla stad. Nära till boulangerie och liten butik. Fräscha och fina badrum och kök. Smidig och välfungerande A/C, dock endast på övervåningen. Härlig pool som uppskattades mycket av barnen. Väldigt lätt att ha att göra med Fabrice och de andra. Vänliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

Wir hatten zwei fantastische Wochen in Annes Wohnung. Der Blick vom Balkon hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue verzaubert. Besser geht es nicht. Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet. Alles ist vorhanden und liebevoll ausgesucht. Beim Aufwachen im Schlafzimmer sieht man Sonnenaufgang mit Blick auf das Meer Richtung Iles de Lérin. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder und danken Anne für die schöne Zeit.

部屋の鍵の受け渡しは写真と共に大変分かり易く、ロケーションは2つのトラム、旧市街、港に近く、斜め向かいにはスーパーマーケットがあり、レストランも近くにたくさんあり、とても便利です。 部屋は十分な広さでエアコン、テレビ、大きな冷蔵庫があり快適でした。wifiもサクサク使え、大変満足しています｡

one of our more memorable Airbnb’s to stay in. The view was spectacular. Loved the sound of the ocean so close by. Getting an Uber to go to Nice was very manageable. I recommended it to friends who live here in France. I will plan to come back!

I declare that this house is the best one I've ever stayed in Nice. The location of the house is in the most central area. Once you open the window, you'll feel the impact brought by the azure sea. The room is arranged in a very elegant way, and the furniture is spotless. We were happy every day during our stay here.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Erick. Il est tout simplement parfait ! Doté d’une vue à couper le souffle, il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée et très calme, avec plusieurs commerces et plages à proximité (sans compter l’accès au ponton privatif). Erick, quant à lui, est un hôte très chaleureux et réactif comme il en existe très peu ! Je recommande sans réserve !
