Nicaragua: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

We had a pleasant stay at Brittany' cliff house. This is a container house with a good layout and well equipped. It gets a bit hot during the day but the rooms have AC and the outdoor spaces are great to hang out and have good wind. The common spaces are shared with another family that is quite and reserved so we felt at ease all the time. the house is well decorated and has a homey feeljng. Brittany is always very helpful and responsive and we would recommend this house for a short stay!

Jim’s place was beautiful, clean and private ! Great getaway ! Jim was very responsive and very attentive! 100 percent recommended.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in San Juan del Sur. The location could not be better—just one block from the beach and within walking distance to the best restaurants, the malecón, and a small marina area. It is in a mixed neighborhood, but that is something quite typical for Nicaragua and adds to the local charm. If you come with realistic expectations, this place is truly a great option. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, which was a huge plus, and a small kitchenette for simple meals. One of the best parts was the convenience of having a small pulpería (local store) right next door. The lady who runs it also handles the keys and was incredibly helpful at any time, day or night. It felt like staying in a real community. Victoria was super friendly and always available to answer questions. Her presence next door made things even easier, and we could get anything we needed directly from her store. We definitely plan to return!

El lugar es realmente lindo. Tiene piscina, río y la playa a solo unos pasos. La cocina muy bien equipada y la atención de los cuidadores fué excelente. Definitivamente volveremos. Gracias Carol!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

En resumen Espectacular Este fue nuestro segundo hospedaje en nuestro viaje en moto. Este maravilloso lugar tiene una vibra tan mística y armoniosa qué realmente nos enamoró, la privacidad tranquilidad, rodearse de tanta naturaleza, el sonido melodioso y la cereza del pastel tener al lago y vista al imprecionante volcán a tan solo unos pasos desde la puerta de nuestro hospedaje era mágico, además tenían un filtro para el agua que nos fue de mucha ayuda y por otro lado poder hacer uso del kayak, gracias a eso nos pegamos un buen tour por el lago y los canales y seguir contemplando el lado de día y de noche fue algo top para nuestro viaje. Sin duda nos veremos pronto. Gracias por compartir este lugar 🙏🏼

We’ve stayed at many houses in Hacienda Iguana and this house was by far our favorite. It’s got an amazing layout and gorgeous furniture + comfortable beds. But I’ll always remember the spectacular wrap around screened in porches on both levels. We stayed with our 4 month old and it was so beautiful to give him his midnight bottle in an Adirondack rocking chair on the screened in patio off the main bedroom…precious ‘new mom moments’ under the moon, stars, with the sound of the ocean (you can hear the waves at Panga Drops surf break). The property is located directly across the dirt road from the most secluded part of the beach. We had gorgeous evening walks at low tide sunset and came home to cook dinners in the well appointed kitchen. We had coffee by the crystal clear pool in the mornings and really enjoyed being walkable to Rancho Santanas Taqueria + the cute restaurants in Iguana. Bonus: we decided to elope! We loved our weekend at Dan’s - the view is truly stunning! The house has a unique blend of indoor and outdoor spaces that maximize enjoyment of the setting (upstairs balcony, front porch, and pool to gaze out at the ocean and then a side porch + back dining area to listen to the sounds of the forest!). Villa Tortuga felt private and secluded, but with the perks of being in the Villa Maderas community. AC worked well in the bedrooms and the ceiling fans kept the downstairs cool. We were able to walk down to the beach front restaurants at Playa Maderas and Juanita’s Kitchen (though be aware that it’s a fair amount of stairs) and also made the short drive to Machete for brunch. Road can be steep and bumpy so having an SUV helped. Dan was extremely responsive, flexible, and clear in instructions. Overall a great experience to disconnect and relax - we hope to be back!

Lacie was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She is a wonderful host and communicated great! She is available for any questions and the area is just beautiful and the all the people are very very friendly. Her place is gorgeous and better than you’ll expect. One of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10!!

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Amazing beach house! This was my second time renting, and it’s always clean, cozy, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning, and Robert is super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

celebré mi cumpleaños en este lugar. Desde el minuto 1 que entramos, supimos que era más de lo que esperabamos. Las fotos publicitarias no le hacen justicia a cuan acogido te hace sentir está casa, te recibe Mariela y su esposo, muy amable ambos, luego te recibe el viento en ese espacio abierto de la sala y una vista maravillosa del oleaje del mar. Disfrutamos de la casa, de la playa y de la piscina (que es mas grande de lo que se ve en fotos). Un lugar recomendado al 100 y al cual espero volver.

Beautiful location and view! Dominic was very friendly and gave us so many good recommendations. The place was very cute and clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay! We definitely recommend to anyone who wants to surf Santana’s to stay here because it’s about a 10 minute walk and so fun! We appreciated the awesome hospitality and look forward to returning in years to come.

Very economical! Loved the quiet location. Helen was fabulous! She made us a delicious breakfast every morning, called us a taxi when we needed it, rented us a scooter and let us use boogie boards! We cherished drinking coffee on the veranda listening to and watching the waves.

The location is perfection, fit exacrly what i was looking for of waking up and stepping onto sand and sleeping to the sound of the waves. Martin the host is a gem, very attentive responsive and kind

We had a great time staying at Leandro’s home for three nights. He offered many local suggestions of things to do and was always responsive. The ocean view is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked (spices, sauces, appliances). The decor is very cool with a surfer vibe. We had great family dinners with local seafood from down the street. A rental vehicle would be ideal for this location. The TVs and fans upstairs didn’t work but I’m sure the host will resolve this. AC in the bedroom was a must and kept us cool overnight - we slept comfortably. The ocean view is breathtaking from the bedroom or downstairs, ocean front at its best! Overall a great vacation home ideal for children and families (lots of children’s books, puzzles, games) or a couple wanting some rest and relaxation. Leandro also set up an extra bed for our son which was greatly appreciated!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at Casa de la roca. Gary and Lisa are great and welcoming. Frank the caretaker is really nice, always ready if you help. The property is like the description, right on an empty beautiful beach. We loved it and we'll come back.

The location is a DREAM! I couldn't believe the views we had - and swimming with our private beach was incredible. We couldn't wait to wake up to head to the deck in the morning, and the sunset swims were another highlight. This location is everything and it's a really. nice casita and kitchen. It is like going glamping, there is no AC or hot water. (It does get hot so quick showers were easy). The ceiling fan is strong, if you're able to sleep with that right above your head. The hosts are so nice and really care about your experience on the island and have the best tips. One of the best life experiences!

Had the most wonderful time at Jean and Coco’s beautiful Airbnb! It’s a luxurious stay that still maintains the vibe of this beautiful country. The property manager on site helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions we had. You’re so close to the beach which felt like a private oasis! If you’re thinking of staying in the area you should definitely book this Airbnb!!
