Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

If you want a small place to stay in the heart but literally in the heart of Saigon this is your place to go, forget those five star hotel the place is small and cozy. Everything is well equipped brand-new the host is responsive and very helpful and very very nice The price is literally half or less compare to those big four star hotel but you have the whole place for yourself and in the center of Saigon so you’re gonna pay the taxi cheaper everywhere you go Outside of the house is very Vietnamese street life, lots of local around selling stuff and A ROOSTER waking you up in the morning Bref if you need a good value in the center and close to the locals this is the place eyes shut 👌

We had an amazing 3 nights staying here. The rooftop area was a great place to relax after a busy day. So much space - great for larger groups or families. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, and air conditioning. Beds are firm but very comfortable. So close to everything but very quiet. We highly recommend Phoenix’s place.

The room's upstairs from the café and surrounded by greenery. The environment's really nice. It looks just like the photos, with a dark style. They'd already turned on the AC before I got in. So thoughtful! It's a self - check - in process, and the info's super clear. The staff at the café downstairs are also really friendly.

Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại căn hộ này. Ngay từ khi bước vào, chúng tôi đã ấn tượng với không gian rộng rãi, thiết kế sang trọng và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Great place to stay near District 7 in a peaceful neighbourhood with all the facilities (pool, gym, bbq…) The place is beautiful, clean and comfy like we are at home! The host is always here to help, love it!

I love these group of buildings and the host supplied basic cooking supplies which is rarity in Vietnam Airbnb’s so that’s a big plus for me. Would happily stay here again

Really great price for a beautiful apartment and the location is the best! Super close to crescent apartments and lots of delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. If you stay, I recommend going to Raum Cafe just down the road.

30min away from the center which is fine if you want to relax a bit in such a lively city. Clean apartment with everything you need. Just no gym even though it was mentioned there was one. Recommend

Nous sommes restés 20 jours chez Vy soit un long séjour Appartement parfait Avec toutes les commodités: super piscine, convenience store, belle terrasse Attention un peu loin de l’aéroport (50 min environ) et du centre (40min) mais l’emplacement vaut énormément le coup au vu de la qualité de l’appartement De plus Vy est très gentille et nous a fait des recommandations de bars et restaurants Vous pouvez réserver ici les yeux fermés Merci beaucoup
