Hilltop apartment & farm stay visit

Wake up in your own private, sun-drenched apartment. Perched on a hilltop, views of Mt Camel. Our only neighbours are fruit trees, cows, a friendly dog and cat. Stunning sunrises and sunsets, fantastic for family holidays, romantic get-aways or a worker's retreat. The apartment is set on the north end of our family home, with a kitchen, bathroom & private entry. The top bunk is for light-weight persons only & because this is a working farm, the flat is not suitable for unattended children.

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Tiromoana is perfect for a couple, group of friends or a family. The house comprises of 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and is all on the one level. Enjoy gorgeous views over Oneroa bay and out towards the islands from the deck and straight out from the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Conveniently located just a 10 minute walk to Longbeach or a 15 minute walk to Russell township where you will find shops, restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, soak up all day sun on the East or west facing decks, unobstructed ocean views both sides of the house, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible! Three good sized bedrooms each with Queen size beds and luxury linen, cupboards and beside tables. Marina, boat ramp and lovely bays and beaches all within a short drive or walk of the property. Private and cosy with these amazing views you will not want to leave!

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!
