The main cottage is set in 2 acres of garden and woodland, The annex offers comfortable accommodation, opening onto a courtyard area for BBQ's. A comfy double bed, with modern but VERY small shower room. There is also a separate area with leather sofa, tea/coffee making, fridge and toaster (not a full kitchen). TV, DVD and good Wi FI. Only 200 yards from start of the Camel Trail at Wenford Bridge with the Snails Pace cafe serving great food. Great for cyclists and walkers. Beaches 20 mins

We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! You have your own private entrance, which is where you will find the key safe. There are sliding doors to a private outside space, which has cosy chairs and a BBQ.

Duchy lodge annex has its own private entrance to the front of the property just 3 minutes walk to Tolcarn beach and 5 minutes to shops, bars and restaurants but still being in a quiet area of newquay. Two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two singles, modern spacious shower room and open plan lounge kitchen diner all on ground level. Parking for one car and plenty of off street parking outside the property .
