It was a pleasure staying at this house. The host was super responsive, helpful and available for any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. We really appreciated the flexibility in check in/check out times. The fireplace did not work for us, but could truly have been my guests and I not knowing how to utilize the key to turn on. Nonetheless- it didn’t dampen our stay. Appliances work great, very comfortable living room and beds!!! Only one block from the beach, and extremely close and walkable to Starbucks and shopping makes this home the perfect location! Highly recommend! Thanks again for a great week!

Great house to stay at if you’re going to have a large group. Very nice views, plenty of parking. Plenty of space for everyone. Very clean.

This house had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware, iron, luggage racks, blankets, blow dryer, cleaning supplies, etc. Many things not usually found in a rental. Every room was extremly clean (and I am very picky). The host was incredibly responsive, kind and welcoming. We were a group of 10 adults and all agreed we would rent this house again.

Glenn was a very gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. The home was beautiful and the amenities exceeded those listed in the listing. I stay in lots of AirBnBs annually and this was at the top of my list of favorites. He certainly thought of everything in order to make us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again if we are looking for a place in the area.

We booked Mikhail's place for a bachelorette weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The communal areas were great for hanging out, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well set up for our group of 9, and the hot tub was an added bonus. The location right on the boardwalk was wonderful and it was easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Anna's place for six weeks was nothing short of amazing! The house is in fantastic condition, making us feel right at home. When we encountered a minor issue with the TV, Anna promptly addressed it and had it fixed in less than 24 hours—her responsiveness truly set her apart as a host. Communication with Anna was outstanding; she was always available and eager to assist us with any inquiries. Plus, the Coastal Club neighborhood is delightful, offering a great atmosphere for relaxation and exploration. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at Anna's home. It was a pleasure to experience such hospitality. Thank you, Anna, for making our stay so enjoyable!

We were so excited and grateful that this beautiful property was available for our sudden last minute travel plans We were attending a family event but wanted to make the best of it by traveling and rooming together. This place and our Host Cole did not disappoint! Cole was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had. We also took advantage of the Habachi dinner. It was tasty and entertaining 😋. This gorgeous property with its breathtaking views from every balcony was delightful. Walk right outside the back and you are on the Boardwalk and walking on the beach! Superb! But I loved that it was still private and serene. It met all of my exexpectations and I will definitely book again Soon!

The house was spotless and spacious. It was perfect having 2 full bathrooms for both families! It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bay beach, and the beach chairs were comfortable. Everything we needed to cook was present. Driving to Cape May was easy also. We would.come back!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Loved staying here for a quick beach weekend! The hosts were amazing and were very communicative!

This was a great place to stay and was exactly what we expected. The house is set in a residential neighborhood, but felt private. Definitely have to drive to get to the beaches, but it was not far (maybe 10 minutes, more during the busy season, I'm sure). Everything was clean. Check in was simple and easy. They do not bug you, and since everything was simple, I had no reason to contact them. Dog friendly, but so clean you wouldn't know. Fenced in back yard was perfect for your dog. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating area - although, 7 adults might be pretty cramped. Maybe 2 families max. Will definitely stay here again.

A great space for 9 adults celebrating Thanksgiving together. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable. The downstairs pull out couch and TV area was an added bonus.

Charity is one of the best Hosts someone could have. We have stayed at her house several times before and will continue to come and stay at her house

This place is a gem!!! Nicolette's waterfront home in Bridgeton is absolutely stunning!!! This spacious historical house, filled with beautiful details and decor, truly made us feel at home. Waking up to those gorgeous lake views was such a treat, filled with serenity. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Nicolette was very accommodating to our family's needs. Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommends it!

We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

The house was very spacious and accommodating. Great location near the beach and boardwalk. The host always responded quickly and was very easy going. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Frank & Liz's home was perfect! The home was beautiful and pristine with wonderful amenities. They were very easy to communicate with and had very clear instructions for the stay! Every bedroom and bathroom was beautiful and clean! Its a great location with easy walks to both the beach and the historic and quaint downtown! Will definitely be looking to stay there again!

As we opened the door, there was that great, welcoming smell. The place was very clean, beds well made, ready for us. Our host even had snacks for us which were welcoming since we had a 3-hr trip to get there. We definitely recommend this place to a big family!

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Autumn's house. The house itself was really lovely - clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. And the location was unbeatable: near enough to the beach and restaurants in town to walk everywhere, but in an adorable and quiet neighborhood. (We were visiting in the off season, so probably things are more hectic in the summer, but I would absolutely pick this house over other options in the future). Autumn was also very communicative and responsive. A great find all around.

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!
