A true B&B experience! I must be updated on your ETA so I am home to show you to the suite. Check in is between 1-3 (I can be flexible). Continental breakfast, snacks and more. To occupy the 3rd floor suite you must pass thru my living room, and carry your luggage up 2 sets of stairs to enjoy a King bed, private bath, and sitting room. Heating and A/C, one off street parking space. Walking distance to the Newport ferry, beach, shops, restaurants. Inside voices after 11pm. State Reg #04975-ST

Garden Terrace room has private entrance & patio!

The Garden Terrace room is special. Offering unique charm and very special privacy. Features an outside private entrance to your room. A private cobble stoned patio with a water fountain, queen bed, kitchenette for your convenience. Decorated in a safari theme. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes or stay by the pool. Newport mansions Public Baikeys Beach area a 10 minute walk. Downtown a 2 mile Uber. In the off season, the pool & hot tub shut down for winter and re-open Memorial Day weekend.

Mooresfield is a historic Inn built in 1841, furnished with period antiques and Jeffrey Greene's notable handcrafted furniture, located two miles from URI and ten minutes to the Newport bridge. It has been operating since 1992 after being meticulously restored by owners, Rory and Ric Ranucci. The Inn has ample Off Street Parking and a Full Breakfast is served in our Conservatory with Stunning Views of the Newport Harbor.
