The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance. It sleeps four in a queen and a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette has a hot plate, a microwave, and a small fridge/freezer, plus a washer and dryer. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Welcome to our cozy master suite with jetted tub in the basement level. Including a King-size bed and a sofa bed (full size) that fits a total of 3-4 guests. House is on a hill and surrounded by trees. It is a bit cold given the location and how the house was built. Unfortunately our flat is not Children and Pet friendly, and we have zero child safety equipment. We do replace/upgrade things, so you might find something different from the pictures.

Tranquil Studio On The Deck Behind The House

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
