Newburyport: soggiorni in B&B

My husband and I found this to be a very comfortable place to stay while we were in Belmont taking care of some business and visiting friends. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, the place was fully stocked with everything we needed, and LOTS of breakfast and snack foods were provided by Robin. She even had the gluten-free cereal that I normally eat—could she be psychic? ; ) In addition, she and her husband, Jon, were very friendly, helpful, and responsive without invading our space or privacy in any way—very available, but only when needed. I very much appreciated Robin’s very flexible refund policy as I needed to make a change to our dates a few weeks before our trip and she was very accommodating in this regard. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at Thomas’s place! The house is absolutely beautiful, with so much attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean — I slept so well every night! The bathroom was also pristine and had everything I needed. Thomas was a fantastic host, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. I would highly recommend his place to anyone and would definitely love to come back!

Arnie is a wonderful host, and the space is beautiful, clean, and one-of-a-kind. I have stayed here multiple times and I would highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed Rajib's place. Just to get it out of the way, the shower in the bathroom is the nicest once I've ever used - skylights with houseplants around - honestly forgot where I was for a few minutes, because it really feels like you're at a resort. Rajib's house is a cosy Victorian on the corner of two cross-streets, has lots of trees and greenery around, is in a nice-quiet neighborhood, and is accessible to the city via the T (shoutout Green Line Extension). It felt like home. There was just the right amount of communication (some hosts inundate you with information), so it was refreshing for everything to be short and to the point. Pippy, the resident house dog, was also very sweet - and sometimes followed me around when I was the only one home at the time.

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

My son is a Harry Potter fan. He loved the cool decorations and the comfortable bed. Hope even made sure his favorite breakfast was available. Great experience. We would definitely return and recommend.

Caroline is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful! She made us breakfast of our choice every morning and gave us many great suggestions. We also loved the location, it's a short bus ride to Harvard Square and transportation into the city. It is also walkable to a bodega and restaurants.

Donnell and Duke were great hosts. Donnell is very sweet, easy to talk to and very accommodating. I wasn't there that long but he made me feel very welcomed and safe. Highly recommend.

Connie was the perfect host during my stay! I was 2+ hours late getting to her place (my bus had a flat tire on the freeway); she was responsive and helpful even with the late arrival. I finally got to her place past 10pm, and she came out of the house to make sure I could find it. Her place was just beautiful and exactly as she described it. I really enjoyed meeting her and hanging out a bit for a couple days. The neighborhood is also lovely and super-convenient.

The bed was super cozy, the host was responsive and friendly, and the cats were adorable! I had a nice evening with the host chilling with the cats (and petting and playing with them) while watching TV, and when I stepped out for dinner I found a great place following her recommendations. The breakfast was great! The French toast was delicious, and the timing was perfect - made fresh shortly after I came downstairs, close to the time we’d discussed the day before. Check-in and check-out were simple too.

Christina’s place was perfect for our stay! It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was half a mile walking to the subway, convenient for getting to Boston instead of using uber. Christina was a thoughtful and responsive host—she made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Marshall and Courtney have curated a hip, comfortable, and immaculate space that is a joy to spend time in. Addison Choate is nestled in an adorable walkable beach town that is an easy trip from Boston. We had a fantastic time, and will be sure to be back!

What a wonderful experience! I rented the smaller room with the single bed. The room and linens were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well, it is a quiet street on a cul-de-sac, no street traffic. Newton is a beautiful suburb of Boston, Myra's is about 6 miles from downtown Boston, I believe. It is 2 mins by car, very walkable, from the Boston College Newton Campus. It is about 10 mins by car from the Boston College Chstnut Hill Campus. The bathroom is shared with the other rented room, very clean with everything you need provided and a nice strong, hot shower. The guest rooms and bathroom are up one flight of stairs. Now, the best part - Myra! She is the best host I have ever stayed with! I instantly felt so comfortable with her and chatted incessantly, lol. She made awesome breakfasts, too, so yummy. Overall, just such a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

I would definitely come back another time. My experience was excellent! The food was delicious and the host was very friendly. Beautiful and charming environment with all of the antiques in the old house. Loved it.

I enjoyed my stay at Natalie’s place. Not only is she a nice host, she is extremely responsive. The self check in made it easy to get in. I saw Natalie on my way out. She graciously offered me breakfast. Sadly I declined because I was in a rush to get to an appointment. I recommend her place!

Very nice small, cozy suite. It had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. The surrounding yard was lovely and the medium-firm mattress was incredibly comfortable.

Jodi was a great host, we felt right at home from the second we walked in. Her home was so clean and beautiful. She had everything we could have needed and made an amazing breakfast in the morning, that we enjoyed outside by the fire. We will be staying with her again such a beautiful town.

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

We absolutely adored the Rajah Room. It was a beautiful space to stay for our one night in Salem and we would definitely book again in the future!
