Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

This charming cottage is very quiet & private, with sweeping views of Echo Lake and surrounding mountains such as Bald and Wheeler. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. This winter the snow is as good as it gets. Cross country ski or snow shoe here or at the many trails nearby. Or just walk out onto the lake and smile. After a full day of activities in Northern VT/NH you can enjoy an outdoor hot tub and warm up in the sauna.

We are right across the street from the VAST trail system, boasting more than 100 miles of snow machine trails in Lyndonville alone! For your first day/night, we will provide snacks and farm fresh eggs. Mountain / Gravel Bike instruction/guiding Is available!

Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

We are located on Darling Hill, adjacent to the Chapel and directly on Kingdom Trails. It is a peaceful setting with a hot tub and sauna for after your day of outdoor adventure. We are approximately 10 minutes from Burke Mountain and a 1/4 mile from the VAST trail network.
