Original 1960s Camper near Seneca Lake

This 1961 camper is located on 75 acres of trees, creeks, fields. It's situated in a gully, privately located, amongst some black walnut trees for shade. It has 2 beds and will sleep 4. There's also a small bunk bed. There's no running water in the camper but there's plenty available. The bathroom's located about 60' away, designated for guests using the camper & tree tent. The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. It is located near our barns and play area, has a stunning view of the valley. -5 minutes from Lime Lake, 20 minutes from Ellicottville, 45 minutes from Buffalo, and 65 minutes from Niagara Falls. -Outdoor area includes a picnic table, small grill, and a fire pit. Tents are allowed (tent rental available at the farm).
