房東都很迅速的回覆訊息，住宿方面房子很乾淨也很新，有KTV 和烤肉（要付1000的場地費，但炭火不需自行準備） 下次有機會會再來 ：） ㄢ

Most helpful landlord lady that I’ve ever met , she’s willing to provide every kind of help if needed ; appreciate for her kindness help , great communication and very thoughtful too , great to consider the stay in lily’s place if you looking for home like living environment like Taiwanese locals

Host was super friendly and so considerate. He provided even travel adapters to charge your devices. His place is as described within a min walk to the Ximending Mrt station, one of the major Mrt line. A really enjoyable experience staying at his place.

Photos were exactly as described. Eva was a VERY VERY responsive host, typically replying right away. The location was really peaceful and it was about 5 mins to Linguang mrt. A small issue is only the sound insulation could be better. Neighbors can hear you, so when you go back late, everybody pretty much know you're there. Otherwise, a really cozy accommodation.

I love this place. Its so perfect with its location. I can walk and catch the bus anywhere. Its only a few minutes walk into town. The house is spacious. I enjoy the kitchen and living room. Allen is so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
