This was a fabulous spot to spend time with the grands! The pool options fit every age and filled our days with fun. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to beach towels! Great time!

I love staying here! This is the third time I’ve stayed and I really enjoy it because it’s a great location, nice and quiet, the rooms are clean and the perfect size for just me and my daughter. Christie and her family live close so they’re always available to help if we need anything! This last time we stayed there was a little mix up with another guest but Christie and her daughter came quickly to help remedy the issue and were completely professional through the whole thing! I will likely stay there again when I either take my daughter back to college or bring her home again :)

We chose the perfect place to stay for our anniversary getaway! Wish we never had to leave!!

Very clean and super close to the beach! I would say very affordable but the space is only meant for 2 and no more!

Was in town for a family wedding and this house was in THE PERFECT location. Bob was one of the most responsive, and enjoyable, hosts I’ve had the pleasure to rent from. Perfect house, unbelievable location and great host…would highly recommend

A great vacation get away! We so enjoyed the private vacation resort atmosphere with all the luxury’s! We loved everything about it: hot tub , out side area, pool, screened in porch was my favorite! Lots of room to move around inside and out! I Can’t say enough about it .i could go on and on !

Great location. Well stocked with everything you need. Great appliances. Charming, “beachy” home with many great & quirky decorations that we love! Great guide (physical and online) to help you with things to do in the area. Great local restaurants. Walking distance to beach or plenty of parking. Very clean. Very clean pool. Stayed at many airbnbs and this one is up there in top 3, maybe the best. Would definitely book again. Thanks, Virginia & family, your home really made outrage trip that much better.

I had an enjoyable stay at The Florida Room. My dad was at rehab in the HCA Hospital and I was only 2 blocks away. Very walkable. The Lake Monroe trail was right there as well. The area is safe. The unit was extremely clean and the bed was soft and comfy. I was able to meet Kaitlyn on arrival and she was the sweetest thing. She made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend her place!

We ad a 10 day stay. The first 5 with the kids and grand kids to do Orlando and the theme parks, and the last 5 as a couple's stay. the location was perfect! very easy to get to everywhere. Hop on US4 and go south to Orlando and all the parks. or not far to Daytona or to Kenedy space center. So very convenient for making family plans. the house was very comfortable.. everything was ready for our arrival and very tidy and clean. having the garage was a plus because I brought my motorcycle for the last 5 day stay. the pool was not heated and the water was on the cool side, but we weren't at the house much other to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal. if I had 1 concern it was the traffic noise from the highway. I enjoy my morning coffee outside and it would have been better without the traffic noise, but not something to drop my rating! All in all, this was a very nice, comfortable place to hang our hats for awhile! We will consider this place again if staying in this area again..

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Dawn and Eric’s lovely place. It exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and was stocked with everything you’d have at home and more. It is better than the pictures! The best thing about this property was the ease of communication with the hosts. Dawn and Eric were responsive and a true pleasure to interact with. They take pride in this beach home and hosting and care shines through. This is by far the best experience we have had renting a home. Also, Ormond Beach is the ideal spot to vacation. Check out Hull’s Seafood if you enjoy seafood. It is our family’s favorite! Also Riptides in Flagler Beach has the best ocean view! Genovese’s Italian Cafe has excellent pizza- even gluten free if you need that. Publix is just down the street to stock up on groceries. Dawn and Eric are what make the experience superb. Don’t hesitate to book this property. You won’t be disappointed. Please take care of it like your own home,so it can continue to be great!

This was a great place for our family coming for a graduation nearby. Very spacious inside, nice big kitchen, great wrap around porch with a lovely pond in back. The hostess was very responsive, and it was a great value. The fish aquarium was an enjoyable bonus, too!

There was a little search to find it, but she was very responsive and quick so there wasn’t an issue after receiving the instructions to check in. I really liked where the place was because it felt private and safe. Me and my friends were able to walk to some restaurants and easily to the beach. Some of the public accesses to the beach were knocked down due to the hurricane but the closest open one was not even a block away.

very roomy, clean, comfortable and Quiet. everything we needed was there to make a good meal for New Years Eve dinner. Loved the view will book again. very nice staff. clean property. Let us know where the good spots to watch the fireworks. very pleased.

Lori’s place was just what we needed for a night. Comfortable, clean, convenient for our needs and very reasonably priced. She was a very responsive host from the initial booking until we left.

Everything was exceptional. Even on a busy event week, this condo provided privacy and a great getaway. I’d happily return any time I’m back in Daytona. Theresa was on top of all communication and provided great recommendations and instructions for check in/out.
