Soak in the magic of Montauk in a cozy 2 bedroom house in Ditch Plains! Whether to surf, fish, or just enjoy, anytime of year, the house is less than a ten minute walk to either Ditch Plains Beach or Lake Montauk! There are two outdoor patios, a Weber grill, Traeger smoker, a fire pit, and outdoor shower. The driveway and carport easily fits two cars. Included are two beach cruisers, two surfboards, four beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a wagon to transport everything!

Ocean Star Beach Front Cottage

Ocean Star is our smallest cottage with two bedrooms available to accommodate up to 4 guests. This cottage is located behind The Pub and over the beach, it offers ocean views in a central location. The cottage has a living room overlooking the ocean, eat in kitchen, and a bathroom with a stall shower. There are two bedrooms, each with a full sized bed. The cottage has decks on the south and east sides of the cottage which overlook the ocean and the beach below.

Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays).
