The Mainstay

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Whether you're in town for a special event, a work trip, or a weekend getaway, you'll find peace and relaxation at The Mainstay. The Mainstay is a newly remodeled standalone studio guest house. It features a fully functional kitchen, a large shower with bench, a bidet, a 55" HD TV, an electric fireplace feature, and an outdoor patio and fire pit. Enjoy this unique stay with lush and natural surroundings while retaining modern-day conveniences.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Clocktower Cottage - Downtown Bowling Green / BGSU

Welcome to the Clocktower Cottage - the cutest house in the perfect location! Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!

You will be staying in a relaxing, freshly renovated basement apartment with air fryer, hotplate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & private entrance. Our space is family and business friendly conveniently located just 5 miles from Interstate 71, 10 miles to Mid Ohio Race Track, Snow Trails, Malabar farm, & MANSFIELD Reformatory. Onsite parking and motorcycle friendly with covered parking for motorcycles only. Our home sleeps up to guests with a queen bed and futon.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Barn at Bloom & Bower

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our nature inspired 900 sq. ft. loft has been created for one to escape from the busyness of life. A quiet and calming atmosphere awaits. Enjoy the game wall or a seasonal puzzle. Make your way back to a fire pit complete with supplies for an evening by a fire. Sit on the back porch, the dock or spend an afternoon lazing in the hammock.

Downtown Studio

Enjoy a night on the front porch or take an easy walk from Findlay's best downtown bars, restaurants and shopping! This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment is a part of a triplex. The HVAC system has a charcoal filter with UV light purification to help deactivate airborne pathogens and microorganisms. Management is just next door or a call away if you need anything else!
