In addition, Reserve Sportman’s Club shooting range is 1.7 miles (road travel) from the cabin. If needed, there is plenty of space on the property to shoot your bow (bring your own targets). This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Just minutes from town yet country on three acres. This is a separate, private casita (small house) with lots of parking. The main house is far enough away for complete privacy. Has internet, TV, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen and bath. The house is solar powered and has great eco purified well water.
