Chamisa #6 is the end unit of our triplex, nearest the hot tub, with a fully equipped-kitchen and eating area, a porch with covered seating, easy access to the hot tub. It is ideal for dogs and sleeps 4 - 900 sq. ft. Our casitas have wood floors w/ some carpet in the bedroom area - if creaky floors are going to bother you or your sleeping companions - we are not your spot to land.

BY THE GRACE OF GOD (and maybe a bit of my sheer grit) this little lady is standing post 2024 fires/floods……..She is still and will continue to be a pristine cozy cottage on the Rio Ruidoso that offers an historic Upper Canyon stay. To be clear the neighborhood does show remnants of its former self but in no time will be stunning again……Further I want to thank all my former guests for their outpouring of love and support through this most surreal time……..awesomely good people in this world!

Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as a larger house that is occupied by a long-term tenant.
