Each stay includes a gourmet breakfast. The Abner & William rooms share a bathroom on the 3rd floor. The Chauncey & Stanley share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. Philo has a private bathroom.

It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. This guest room is situated in the back of the inn with a private entrance. A bright and sunny large room with queen sized bed and private bathroom with shower. There are two cozy chairs to relax in after a long day at the beach or shopping. This room comes with a small additional space and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, a microwave and table & chairs ideal for long term stays. This guest room is pet friendly.

Deans Mill Farm, once a functioning livestock farm, is now home to a beautifully renovated 5-bedroom bed and breakfast and shares the property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and Dragonfly Disc Golf. Please note: The Woodstock Suite is located in our historic 1804 farmhouse and has lower ceilings just over 6 feet, along with exposed beams and original character. It is best suited for guests who enjoy cozy, historic spaces.
