what an awesome place! The view was definitely "million dollar". Very safe, walkable neighborhood. There was a lot to explore close by and excellent restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The home was as described and very cozy and the beds were very comfortable (++). We had some cool nights, so the hot tub, fire pit, and gas fire pit were definitely put to use. Would stay again!

We got a combined two floor apartment (end unit so it was very private) with plenty of space for each of my friends to have their own beds. The back porch and patio were very private and had a beautiful view of the backyard. I would highly recommend this listing!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Cristy's home! Everything was updated, super clean, so roomy and so comfortable. The kitchen is so huge and where we tend to hang out as a family so it was great. Bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. And the bathrooms were updated and had these lovely nightlights. I always bring my own but didn't need them because of this thoughtful touch. And the cats Fred, Betty and Barney were adorable and so easy to care for with just a little food, water and love. The location was great for our trips to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. It was close enough to get there quickly, but far enough away that we didn't feel like we were in a tourist trap but in a real neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this lovely waterfront home. We were a party of 8 there for a wedding in Topping. It was restful for us between wedding events to just chill at the dock, take in the sunset and later sit around the fire. The house is well-stocked with very nice bedding. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed morning walks among the adjacent marsh lands. Would recommend highly!

This was a wonderful getaway for my family and friends. We had two toddlers that loved the river beach and pool. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids and adults busy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable, peaceful stay in this house and took advantage of the waterfront for fishing off the dock and canoeing in the bay. The open plan kitchen and family room were great for relaxing and the picture windows were spectacular. While the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, we highly recommend a visit to the Merroir Tasting Room and Deltaville Tap & Rawbar.

This was the perfect relaxing getaway spot, you can see water from almost anywhere in the house with windows lining the outside walls. Plus there are two lovely decks and a private pier for you to go outside and soak in the beautiful scenery. The furniture inside is comfortable and the kitchen has the amenities you need to cook or heat up food. The surrounding area does not have much to offer but we were looking to relax, read, do some puzzles and just look out onto the water which this house was perfect for that. The hosts were very friendly and responsive making sure our stay was up to expectations. The only thing I would say is the beds are not the best, if I came back I would probably bring a Queen air mattress I have but even still I will definitely look to stay here again in the future! My sister and I loved it and lots of our friends asked for the listing from pictures we sent, absolutely beautiful!

This place was beautiful, clean and perfect for my weekend getaway. The waterfront view alone is breathtaking! Highly recommended.
