Check in through front door ( shared by owner) to stairs leading to second floor to guest quarters, which include a Master BR, living room/dry kitchenette with mini fridge and large full bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per guest,per night.

This room can be set the way you like it...we bought this home in Sept.2020..It has been fully renovated.... and fully equipped....with a huge backyard to relax....we are rarely home so it's yours most of time...it's very quiet..you have two bicycles for you to use..It's a very good place for Yale University staff & students especially West Haven provide shuttle bus to get to.the campus...close to the city center... special offer will be provided for these type of guests .

Three upstairs bedrooms in a colonial home in a country setting with river and wood ed views.Guests have access to the pool (when in season) and deck areas which overlook the river. 2 full baths, the one upstairs is dedicated to the guests and the one downstairs is shared with owners and guests. Guests may prepare food in the kitchen or use the grill on the deck. TV is only in the living room, not in bedrooms.

Mine Hill Getaway West Room

This property has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor which can be booked separately or together. The West Room is a sunny yellow, and also has two windows and a good view of the forest. The bathroom is en-suite. Guests may use the salt-water lap pool in the summer months and enjoy the garden. A light breakfast is offered. Note: There is no elevator. There is parking available on the driveway. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
