We had an awesome week in Wilmington and loved being able to walk downtown! Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Our stay at the Hines' house was perfect. It was a beautiful, historic house and we were awed by how lucky we were to stay there. Lee's dad came round and talked one of us through all the history of the house which we were grateful for. It is well stocked, comfortable and really well placed for getting to shops, restaurants etc. A lovely walk to the riverfront. We had a great time, thank you

Very beautiful and comfortable home, would be an awesome retreat when you just want to relax or be near the beach. We really just enjoyed our family time here. Will look forward to coming again. Also not sure if but some pictures I guess are to another listing there's no playground out back.

Vickie was an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful. Extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. Moreover, her place was certainly one of the better airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Everything was clean, comfortable, and was offered at a very fair price. We booked this last minute for Christmas holiday. The house is a duplex style home so you don’t get the full home shown on the pictures. Everything else about the stay was great. It has a nice big kitchen on third floor along with living room and patio. Plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable! We did have issue with elevator but was able to get it fixed on Christmas Day! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. There does seem to be some construction when looking out living room window. We really couldn’t see the water from third floor. I think maybe you can see from rooftop balcony which my older kids loved! There were pots and pans but you may want to bring your own. The master bedroom bathroom was really nice. I would stay again.

Natalie's place is a great home away from home. We were traveling with our 4 adult children and two grandchildren. We loved the original molding, fixtures, and amenities in this historic home. We walked to the White Front Restaurant for breakfast and to the Vigilant Hope Coffee House. Both places offered good food and great service. We were able to relax in Natalie's space with our family and share great conversations. We used the outdoor seating, kitchen, formal dining area, and living room area to share stories and laugh together. Katie and Natalie were always quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend Natalie's place!

The unit is private. Quiet neighborhood. Close to my daughter’s place in Beau Rivage. We scored a “10”!

We couldn’t have asked for a better two night stay. Lary & Cory responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Our living space was clean and directions were clear. They also gave great recommendations for outings and even solicited info about potential real estate investments. Can’t beat that.

What a beautiful wonderful place to stay and so close to the beach. Sam gave great instructions and recommendations on things to do. A place where the beach is so close. The sound system is amazing—a great opportunity to dance, to sink into the comfy chair and listen to my favorite music. The bedroom was so quiet and easy to fall asleep. So clean! Aside from the beach, my favorite activity was to soak in the lavender bubbles in the candlelight. I’m a poet so the writing desk is an added bonus. Everything I needed for some me time away from work and daily responsibilities. The art, the deck, the flowers, peaceful.

Rachel was a great host! My stay was peaceful and the place felt cozy and welcoming. Just about any amenity you needed was already there...especially in the kitchen. I would recommend Rachel as a host and a stay at this residence.

Spring was a great host! Very responsive and friendly!! We absolutely LOVED our time there and we would definitely recommend it to everyone!! Her place was very beautiful and just an amazing place to stay at!
