Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the heart of the historical center of Corfu, this apartment has been freshly renovated to meet the expectations of even the most demanding guest. Next to the apartment, one can find the Church of Agioi Pateres which dates from the 15th century. From the balcony, the our guests will have views of the New Fortress. Our lovely place is only a 3 minute walk to Spianada square and Liston as well as shops, super markets, banks, restaurants, cafes, bars and beaches.

Old Town Home

My home(69m2) is a two level apartment in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance.A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m). The guest bed downstairs is convertible into a comfortable double bed(1.60*2.00)

Our fully renovated 1st floor apartment provide to our guest a beautiful sea view from the window of the bedroom and is located in the heart of the historical center where you can easily and without any rush have daily short / long walks in Old Town of Corfu and discover why has been included at the World Heritage List of UNESCO. The house can accommodate 2 persons, therefore it is an ideal choice for couples. The apartment is comfortable, fully decorated and have all the necessary comforts.

The Fan Studio in 17th-Century Old Corfu Town Building

The studio is located on the second floor with about 20 steps to negotiate. The 4 large windows in the structure allow the sun to lush it throughout the day. The building where the studio is located is on one of the oldest streets in old Corfu. The neighborhood is very quiet and the main attractions of the old town are just a few steps away. Many cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. A public parking lot is just 100 meters away.
