Inside a custom-crafted interior complete with solid wood floors, double glazed windows, a double bed with high-quality linen, kitchenette with hob, full-sized fridge and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and luxury shower. Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Relax in the large fire fuelled hot tub, lounge on the deck in front of the fire pit or grab a bean bag and find a quiet spot in your own private paddock. This place offers luxurious comfort indoors and out.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Lynbrook Haybarn and Hot Tub, New Forest

The Barn is gas central heated and also has double bi-fold doors so you can bring the outside in and enjoy the countryside in real luxurious comfort. There are lots of special touches too!

Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too!
