Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. The Osprey cabin at Walker Pond is a new cabin (2021) with a custom cedar hot tub! It is a rustic retreat with plenty of modern convenience and is just 120 feet from Walker Pond. Walker Pond is approximately 20 acres and is home to plenty of wildlife, small fish and birds. You are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in one of our canoes, or enjoy the common campfire-flower garden area. The cabin is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport, very convenient.

This authentic, luxury treehouse was designed by B'Fer Roth, DIY Network TV host of The Treehouse Guys and built by the Treehouse Guys. Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel.
