This charming home was an absolute gem, offering the perfect retreat for four parents on a ski weekend. Warm, cozy, and inviting, it provided every convenience we could possibly need—even an outdoor grill. The hot tub and outdoor space were especially delightful, with thoughtful touches like ski-themed benches and a fire table creating a welcoming ambiance. The addition of bathrobes for the hot tub was a lovely detail that made our stay even more special. Communicating with Dennis was seamless, and his hospitality stood out. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would undoubtedly return to this well-appointed and thoughtfully designed property!

Enrique's place was conveniently located near Rhinebeck, but alao far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Worth having a drink in the tavern at Beekman Arms and breakfast sandwiches at Rhinebeck Bagels. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Enrique was a wonderful, informative host, and available if we needed (we didn't). Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

Absolutely perfect stay during a meaningful and emotional time. We came to this beautiful lakefront Airbnb to celebrate my husband’s birthday after his passing, hoping for peace and comfort—and it was everything we needed. The weather happened to be beautiful, which allowed us to take out the kayaks and fully enjoy the calm and serenity of the lake. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely phenomenal—quiet, breathtaking moments that brought so much peace. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra linens and thoughtful touches throughout. You can tell it’s a family-owned home, filled with warmth and very well taken care of, which made it feel even more special. It was also very family-friendly, making it a perfect fit for all of us and plenty for all to do. We truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and responsive the host was throughout our stay. We’re grateful and hope to return .

Adam's place is a fantastic find! The house is beautiful, well kept, has comfy beds, and a spotless hot tub that allowed us to relax while taking in an unobstructed view of the star filled sky. My family and I loved this house and will definitely be back. It's quiet and peaceful surroundings truly soothes the soul!

Had a great time staying here! There was so much space, everything was very comfy, loved the pool + ping pong + hot tub. The road getting up to the place is unpaved so we were concerned our 2WD car couldn’t make it up, but by the time we got back from skiing, the road had been plowed and sanded. The two minor downsides during my stay were the water (shower + sinks) occasionally smelled strongly of sulfur (?) but it wasn’t a big deal because the fridge had a filtered water dispenser. Also there is a requirement to not wear shoes in the house but the floors were dirty. No visible dirt but the floors definitely were not mopped. Very responsive host so I imagine if I complained about it something would have been done but it wasn’t actually a real issue.

A wonderful place that felt even larger than in the pictures, surrounded by beautiful scenery, offering complete privacy, and the perfect touch of a delicious hot tub experience under a snowy night.

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

Ada’s villa was absolutely immaculate! We stayed over as we were visiting Norwich Inn and Spa, which had availability for services but not for a stay. Finding Ada’s beautiful studio was amazing for us! It is on the property and there are several local restaurants close by - check out Mido Sushi! Ada left a thoughtful welcome note and his place had every amenity he advised it would, including linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee! He also provided easy to follow instructions to enter the villa. We did not need to contact him at all because he was so proactive and engaging with us! We cannot wait to come back and stay again! It is convenient to both Mohegan and Foxwoods, and we checked out Herb’s this morning, as well as Preson Ridge!

This home is something that you see on television or see people tag on the gram . This space is absolutely magical! The home is absolutely perfect and the views are stunning! This house has literally everything that you need! I chose to cook and enjoy the home and the hosts made it a point to literally have every utensil you could need. If there was more stars to give this home, I would give them all of them! The host was lovely, kind, and available for any questions. The home was warm and inviting, and truly stunning! If I’m ever in the area again, I would’ve booked this in a heartbeat! You’re not gonna find anything better

We had a great stay and loved this chalet. It was very clean and our young boys had a blast. They loved the play structure on the property and walking in the forest. The hot tub was amazing. It's such a great location with many restaurants and stores nearby. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at Nicole's place with another couple for two nights. Nicole left us a thoughtful welcome sign and treats upon check in, which we appreciated. The place is in a very well maintained condo complex with multiple pools and beautiful grounds. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything a hotel might have (hair dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.) and more. We loved the little balcony that overlooked a pond with a fountain, ducks, and songbirds. Location-wise, it's perfect! Less than a 10-minute drive to Mohegan Sun, and lots of places to eat nearby. We had a great brunch at Herb's, a local landmark diner. We would definitely choose Nicole's place if we return to the Norwich area!

Over all amazing experience!! Very relaxing and helps you enter a peaceful state of mind. The villa was comforting and clean. The hot tub is mostly private and no one there but when there the people in the neighborhood are lovely and give you plenty of recommendations locally. I highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway!!

Me and my husband went for a weekend getaway, and it was just what we needed. The place was amazing, very very peaceful, and there were instructions in the house on how to use everything. The only thing I missed was an air conditioner because I get very hot at night, but that’s just me. Besides that everything was 100%. Definitely going back again :)

My wife and I came here after our wedding on a 'mini-moon' just to get away and reflect on our wedding. We've been here once before, and this trip was just as good as the last, even though the weather wouldn't cooperate most of the weekend. The hosts were again very proactive and responsive - we had one very minor issue (that I wouldn't have even mentioned) and the host proactively reached out to apologize for the minor inconvenience. They also left us a little somethng to commemorate our wedding and make us feel special. We again couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a memorable, unplugged escape.

This is a beautiful place, newly built on a private lot surrounded by trees. No cell service, but blazing fast WiFi and a landline if really needed. Can definitely recommend! Ben (host) was super responsive and has great instructions including YouTube how-to videos on how to use the amenities (whirlpool, fireplace, …). Great place to disconnect and recharge!

We enjoyed a quiet long weekend at Robert’s cabin on the lake. It was cozy during the rainy days, and perfect for sunny mornings on the dock. Great secluded location, a quick ride into town but we drove to Lake Placid most nights, which is just a 15m ride. Note there is a busy road across the lake, but it didn’t lessen our experience in any way. Would love to come back in summer when the lake is safe to kayak! Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

This little get away was exactly what my boyfriend and I needed! We went into town the people are so friendly and very helpful, the neighbor Jim was a sweet guy and always said good morning! and told us a great spot for ice cream. Try the Simple Maple cup it was amazing. Place was clean and just like the photos, highly recommend.

Our stay at Canary Cabin was truly wonderful! It’s a perfect private location that is close to town and anything you may need! The place was clean and so many details made it cozy and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for a small breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was the best way to end the day. Thank you Amy for your hospitality! We will be back!

An absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautiful property and area. House was clean and had plenty of amenities. Samantha was extremely friendly and responsive host during my stay. If you stay here, you definitely need to take advantage of the beautiful walking trails behind the house that go along the river. I will definitely be returning here in the future.
