This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Metcalf Pond Camp Convenient to Smugglers Notch

Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
