Welcome, I would love to host you during your stay. I have also stayed at Airbnbs when I have traveled out of town and I know exactly what you may be looking for. My place is easy to get to using gps, peaceful, clean, and centrally located. Water and a few snacks will always be available no matter what time you arrive. I installed black out curtains so you can sleep in. This booking is for 4 guest in 2 bedrooms 2 private full baths. I can host up to 5 w/additional fee of $25 for the 5th person.

Welcome to our cozy cottage retreat in the perfect location of Newark! Nestled against the backdrop of a picturesque horse farm, our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. Come and relax on the furnished deck and you just may see a few horses. The cottage is Pet Friendly and has a fenced in yard to accommodate our furry guests. 5 minutes to Deerfield Country Club, Less then 10 Minutes to downtown Newark, and just a few minutes to White Clay Creek Park.

Private Guest Suite

Our suite features a 3-speed ceiling fan with dimmable overhead lighting, a kitchenette, a bidet toilet, an office nook, and more. While this space is most comfortable for 2 people, up to 2 additional people may be added to your reservation for a fee and we will provide an air mattress. Please note: our home shares a small mud room-style entrance with the guest suite, however the suite has a lock and is private with its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Come relax and enjoy our renovated and stylish home. You’ll be minutes from 95, the Riverfront, Union Street, Trolley Square and downtown restaurants and bars. A perfect place for a work trip, a girls/guys weekend, a visit to see friends or family, and for hosting a dinner party (which we love to do!). Our home is a block away from Canby Park, and is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Bayard Square. The house has all the conveniences you could need, and if you need something, just ask!

Enjoy this comfy townhome centrally located near I-95 and I-495. It is also 10 minutes to the Wilmington Riverfront and downtown attractions; less than 30 minutes to Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia Center City. This home has two spacious bedrooms- one which contains a queen bed and the other with two XL twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed upon request). The basement and one bedroom closet will not be accessible.
