Enjoyed my overall stay with a good location, easy access to house and safe. owner is responsive and good talker, recommended if you like peaceful community and all the nearby stuffs can be ordered through helping guy they have for the house.

Great apartment in a very nice location. secure and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only drawback is that you have to get a code from the landlord every time you leave the estate in order to come back to the apartment.

I’m Omar living in Spain, and during my visit to Cairo, I stayed at Mohamed’s apartment—it was one of my best Airbnb experiences. The location is excellent: very close to the airport and also near the city center, which made getting around easy. The apartment is modern, clean, and well-furnished with everything needed for a comfortable or even luxurious stay. I loved the peaceful vibe, the beautiful pool view from the bedroom, and the spacious terrace where I enjoyed both my mornings and evenings. The swimming pool was always clean and relaxing—starting the day with a swim became one of my favorite routines. What truly made the stay special was Mohamed himself. He was kind, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything. From the first day, he gave me great recommendations on places to visit, how to get there, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cairo. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and an amazing host

It was a wonderful experience for the second time but it will not be last

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Het appartement was super goed, een van onze beste appartementen die wij hebben gehad, Mahmoud en zijn vrouw waren super lief en ze waren behulpzaam, de uitzicht was super en zeker samen met het privé zwembad. wij gaan het zeker in de toekomst terug naartoe. Een echte aanrader!

Nice little apartment in Madinty. A bit far away without a car. But was easy to find a driver via in drive and Uber. Quit area with not so much traffic.

Die Wohnung ist großartig, in einer eleganten Lage und ideal für Familien. Es ist ein ruhiger und angenehmer Ort, und man fühlt sich, als wäre man in seinem eigenen Zuhause. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und höflicher Mensch, und die Kommunikation mit ihm war mehr als fantastisch. Ich empfehle es und beim nächsten Mal, wenn ich Ägypten und Kairo besuche, werde ich die Erfahrung wiederholen.

I absolutely loved my stay with Steffan and Louza. They were extremely responsive, helped me get settled, and were extremely proactive and flexible throughout the stay. Absolutely recommend staying here - a wonderful experience from beginning to end! And did I mention that the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Unbelievable! During the sunset it is one of the most stunning views in the entire city.
