With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. It’s a space that’s been designed to help you relax, and get away from it all, although you’ll still find every modern convenience you could possibly need. It also feels surprisingly large for a tiny home, with light streaming in the windows from your own private garden and the bushland beyond. And, yes, there are Kangaroos out there, all the time.

Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.

Magpie Haven Berrima

Magpie Haven is a north facing independent studio with king size bed, in a separate pod of our architect designed, contemporary home. We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
