This quaint studio at Mother Nature's Inn historically functioned as an innkeeper's residence. In more recent years it has been a friends & family suite, utilized as the perfect staging area for skiing, mountain biking & playing at the lake. Now all guests can experience this hidden gem. The kitchen, sofa, dining table, & bunk beds provide guests with more comforts than a standard hotel room. Adventure lovers are delighted by the authentic art & mountain décor adorning the studio. The West River House is a an affordable historic hotel in downtown Truckee - walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the river. It’s perfect for those looking to explore and relax without distractions. Although there is no TV, the free Wi-Fi is super fast. There are photos for 2 different rooms in the post. Only 1 of these rooms is available per reservation. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Featuring partial lake views, a king bed in a separate room. Shower/tub combo with a Thermo-Masseur tub. The kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, two burner electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. The living room has a queen La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa & a dog bed. These are on the first floor with 8 stairs and is approx. 435 sq ft. Max 2 dogs max weight 50 lbs. Pets must never be left unattended. Please clean up after your pet. Max 4 guests. Non-smoking property.

The Family Suite has two bedrooms, full bath with clawfoot tub, separate shower. Queen bed, three twin beds. Located on the Second floor, just off Balcony. One of the oldest operating hotels in California, The Historic Dutch Flat Hotel served as the main source of accommodations and entertainment in the once booming gold rush town of Dutch Flat. Home to over 5,000 residents in its heyday, Dutch Flat is now a serene little town about 1.5 miles off I-80 in Placer County.

These lodge suites feature partial lake views with a queen bed, sitting area for two, custom made cabinetry, granite counter tops, two burner electric stovetop, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and dining table. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. These suites are on the second floor with two flights of stairs, please note there's no elevator. These suites are approx. 250 sq ft. Max two guests. No pets allowed in this room, no extra guests, non-smoking property.
