Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

This is the entire villa, you will get full privacy in the pool, jacuzzi, bbq area, cave and ocean. Everything for yourself, nothing shared with other renters. From the villa you walk to our cave and you can jump straight in the light blue ocean. Watch leaping tuna, dolphins and sometimes whales. Snorkel around the cave to see coral. Having a beer on the bar chairs in the swimmingpool. Or what you think about a nice cocktail in the bubbling jacuzzi on the cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea?

Located at a relatively quiet part of the island, known as a prominent fishing area. Some of the best seafood restaurants are located on the same street (Zeerovers and Flying Fishbone).
