The balcony and garden invites you to sit down, take a swim or have a glass of wine whilst watching your favorite Netflix series on the Smart TV in the living and bedroom.

The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

The house is ONE MILE from both el combate and los pozos playa You will have the house by yourself, there are 3 rooms but only 2 are available.
