The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. There are other units available for rent on the property as well, so bring your friends along! Chickens and honey bees (safe distance) are on the property!

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
