Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

I recently stayed at this Air Bnb for the night with two of my girls. And the place was SOOO clean, organized, close to the beach, perfect parking, porch, full kitchen and utensils, clean living room and pull out couch, easy to enter and communicate with her, clean bathroom and bedroom with storage, washer and dryer. I can’t even explain how AMAZING this place was. I’m looking to go back to Jacksonville this summer and am absolutely booking with her again !

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

My family and I loved this beautiful home. It was new, clean, and welcoming. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The proximity to the beach was awesome as we enjoyed our time down there. My kids loved the pool, chairs, and beautiful backyard. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay right on Jax beach. Updated, clean and modern. Sunrise from the balcony. Lots of great options to eat and drink in walking distance.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

It is an older, and a little outdated, condo unit but who cares. The unit was clean. There were plenty of nice towels left, both for showers and beach use. The location was fantastic. The area was quiet. We were there Sunday- Thursday. The view from the balcony was worth every penny. Being able to park in a garage was a super bonus. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a couple with kids. They had everything you needed to enjoy your beach stay. Great coffee shop (Round bird) walking distance. Great restaurant (Salt Life) walking distance. Honestly if we came back to the area I would certainly book this location again. My only small complaint is that the window in the en suite shower should somehow be covered. I’m a 6’ tall woman and while I’m not naked shy by any means, I still felt… a little uncomfortable. But that alone does not stop me from giving this location, location, location a 5 star review.

This is a very nice beach house located right on the water. House was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and there were no surprises. It was very nice to hear the ocean at night and one evening we saw a launch from the back deck. It was far in the distance and not very big, but we could see it nonetheless. We also saw some kind of bioluminescent flashes on top of the waves that were crashing on the beach one evening. I’ve Never seen that before, and it was fascinating to witness. Overall, very satisfied with the stay and would come back the house again someday. The house is very clean, and we love the hammocks underneath the deck. We went into Saint Augustine, a couple evenings and it’s very entertaining.

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Kent was an amazing host. He was very transparent from the beginning and was extremely responsive. We had an amazing time at his property with our fur babies. The house was very clean and had all the essentials and more you would want in a vacation rental. We were extremely pleased and would stay at Kent’s property again when we visit Jacksonville.

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

What made this place extra special was the beauty that surrounded us. Pelican point is located right on the water and we were able to catch a variety of fish and wildlife right from the Air B&B pier. We caught large black and red drums, river trout, catfish, even a porcupine fish and stingrays that were fun to see and throw back. The views amazing. The accommodations were just as described and comfortable. If you’re an angler interested in shore fishing this is a great spot. As well as up and down this coastal area. Close by this the Jacksonville zoo which was a fantastic zoo with a lot to see. We had a great visit, thank you!

Absolutely perfect! We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and the accommodations were very comfortable. Could see beach access from front yard, a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Outside shower was a plus. There was a front porch with sitting area as well as a back yard patio area that was completely fenced in. Perfect location to stay for all the local restaurants. Margaritaville, Salt Life Food Shack, and many others within 8 minute walk. We will definitely stay here again!!
