A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 300 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. There are boats that you can use from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15km from Perea and Thessaloniki is 25 km from Perea.There are cars for rental!!

Public transportation to the airport, beaches, center of Thessaloniki. There are many close by beaches that you can go swimming (10-15 min by bus). There is a super market in 10 minutes walking distance from the house! The room has a double bed and a sofa-bed.

Η κατοικία μας είναι ένας χώρος 67τμ που περιλαμβάνει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σαλοκουζίνα, άνετη για των αριθμό των επισκεπτών, κρεβατοκάμαρα με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι καθώς επίσης καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι και ένα άνετο μπάνιο. Περιμετρικά της κατοικίας υπάρχει διαμορφωμένη βεράντα-αυλή με φωτισμό, τραπεζαρία και εγκατάσταση barbeque. Η κατοικία βρίσκεται 100 μέτρα από την θάλασσα.
