The location is ideal, only a: ☆ 15-min stroll to Nelson CBD ☆ 15-min stroll to the Botanics, where you can walk up the Centre of NZ or down the Matai River down an array of walking tracks. ☆ Minutes walk from beautiful local cafes such as Bobby Franks or Little Dove Cafe, nestled on the river. ☆ 5/10-min drive to Tahunanui beach. A bus stop that takes you to the central terminal in only five minutes is directly outside.

We are in the heart of residential Richmond, within an easy 15/20 minute walk to the Richmond CBD and close proximity to all the beaches, rivers and cycling tracks that the beautiful Nelson/Tasman region has to offer. The Saxton Sports Stadium and newly opened Velodrome is only a half hour walk or 5 minute drive away. There are mountain bike tracks in the hills just behind our house. We have a fully lockable space for your use which is suitable for a couple of bicycles.
