Whiskey Mountain Cottage is located just minutes off the beautiful world famous Cabot Trail. This charming one bedroom cottage is situated in beautiful Aspy Bay and is available year round. A new 6 seater hot tub has just been added for guests to enjoy. Just minutes away from Cabot’s Landing provincial park, North Highlands Nordic cross country skiing and snowshoeing, gorgeous local hiking trails, Cape Breton Highland’s National park, whale watching, canoeing, kayaking, and so much more.

Little Cottage in the Wood

Small cottage in South Harbour, on the Cabot Trail. Small bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Queen mattress is considered"plush". Shops, restaurants, museums, hiking trails, whale tours, other adventures and beaches nearby. Just beside Highlands National Park entrance which is convenient for those who are nature lovers and enjoy hiking trails in the park. It is secluded by trees. ( Cottage is not a good fit for young children, as the utility panels are located in unlocked closets.)

The Trailhead Guest Cottage

Our peaceful oceanfront guest cottage is situated at the head of the 9.5 km Pollett's Cove hiking trail.  We recommend a two night stay - first night, settle in with a beverage, evening sunset and star gazing.  Wake to coffee and farm fresh breakfast delivered to your door step (except in August when we are on vacation), before hitting the trail to Pollett's Cove, the Skyline or any of the 30 other nearby national park trails. Have a swim, and return to a hot outdoor shower. Repeat!

Oceanview Haven

This comfortable three bed, one bath, rustic cottage is the perfect place for a group getaway. Located along the world famous Cabot Trail in the beloved fishing village of Neil's Harbour, you can enjoy ocean views from the sunroom, the wrap around deck, and the large front yard. A BBQ and fire pit are provided for your enjoyment, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Enjoy your stay in Northern Cape Breton in this newly remodelled apartment! It's 7 minutes from the Cabot Trail in Sugar Loaf, NS (Dingwall is our mailing address). It's a short walk to the Ocean down our driveway with Mountain views. Wi-Fi and parking are included. The home itself was built around 1880. It has been a lodge and Inn since then. There's a General store in the house, not active as a store but somewhat of a museum that will be opened in the future.
