The Architect's Retreat by Oregon Coast Modern

Originally designed by renowned Portland, OR architect Marvin Witt for his family, this towering 3 story "tree house" has been lovingly updated and restored. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open concept living room and kitchen with fireplace on the top floor. The house also features 3 private decks. It's a short walk to the beach and close to town and hiking trails. Per Airbnb policy please note we have exterior cameras for security in the driveway, front walkway and east side siding.

Sea Forest Retreat - Little coastal house

Welcome to our clean, cozy Sea Forest Retreat, constructed in 2018. It is a studio space ideal and most comfortable for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people. Large windows and high vaulted ceilings make this small but modern house feel big. Enjoy the tranquility with nice outdoor seating areas nestled among greenery in a residential neighborhood. Manzanita and the beach are 1.5 miles and Nehalem 2 miles away. Dogs (2 dogs maximum) are welcome for a $45 fee. We have a small desk for remote work.

If you're looking for a Manzanita vacation rental on the north Oregon coast, you’ve just discovered truly unique beachfront lodging. Our deluxe oceanfront cottages in Manzanita offer Pacific Ocean and mountain views all within easy walking distance of downtown. Manzanita's main street with shops and restaurants is a short 20 minute walk or few minutes drive. A wood burning stove is provided to keep you warm and cozy! *This house is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a large loft. The loft space is where the additional two queen beds are located.
