Beautiful place to retreat to for peace and relaxation. Had all the amenities needed to compliment my desire to stay in, enjoy the natural surrounds, and forget about the rest of the world. Tony & Jo were great hosts, responsive, and provided local eats and interests. Nothing was lacking by way of in-house entertainment and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The place was nice and clean. two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The place was quiet. Short drive to the cafes, shops, and the Irish pub. No WiFi.

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

A new upmarket, clean and well stocked BNB. Clearly the owners are a super host as everything was spot on. Would recommend to anyone.

Beach18 was a fabulous house for our family weekend away. Spacious, comfortable living area, comfy beds,good kitchen, excellent outdoor BBQ and dining area, and lovely garden with a cubby house for our grandson. A really great find close to lots of attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Ash and Jason were quick to respond to all messages and generously allowed us an early check in and late check out. Would recommend hughly

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

The house interior was well designed and cosy, with a beautiful fresh wood scent. The kitchen was kitted with plenty of tools to cook for a big group. The outdoor space and fire pit were great for evening hangs and the river was a highlight for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. A very short drive to explore the beautiful surrounding forests and walking tracks and Warburton town. Will definitely rent again!

The property was private, cozy, and absolutely beautiful—with tons of natural light that made it feel so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect too: peaceful and secluded, but just a short drive to local shops and great restaurants. There were ponies, which added such a charming touch to the whole experience. Elaine was a fantastic host—super responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
