Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Stay at “The One More” were you’ll want to spend one more day on our beautiful sandy beach. 4 bed room 3 baths spectacular views of the water. Master features a king sized bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 &3 both have queen beds and share a jack and Jill bathroom. The Game room has a shuffleboard table, Connect four and many other games. 76’X14’ covered patio with mission lights and a propane BBQ. The launch is use at your own risk. The beach is shared with 3 other homes on the back lots.

The Riverfront Mansion is located in Palo Verde Meadows; a quiet family neighborhood in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the Casinos in Laughlin, NV. The area is extremely friendly and great for outdoor activities! You can leave your Boat at the Dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore.
