This place is magical! It’s on the edge of the forest and a few blocks to ocean. After a morning soak in the awesome hot tub on deck we walked in to the forest. It was awe inspiring under the huge canopy of trees. I felt so connected to Mother Nature at that moment. The home was spotlessly clean on arrival with a number of beds and enough space for a large family. Very comfortable and well stocked, even had a pet basket, we felt right at home. Wished we could have stayed longer and are already making plans to come back this summer. Kylee was very accommodating, we booked last minute and she extended us a late checkout so we could have a lazy morning and enjoy the place. 100% recommend this place!

Bryan was a wonderful host. Very attentive and helpful. The house was everything we imagined and more. Clean and with plenty of amenities. And the beds were heavenly. Our kids loved the variety of activities at the house, especially the hot tub and large yard for playing football. We hit some of the recommended sites and places Bryan provided us and they did not disappoint. Wanda’s was a favorite and we explored Cannon Beach for the first time. Cute costal town. Would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay.

We had the most incredible spring break and Easter getaway at this beautiful beach home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The home was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Our family especially loved the layout, which made it easy to spend quality time together whether we were cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen, playing games in the living room, or enjoying quiet mornings with coffee on the patio. The beach was just a short walk away, perfect for daily outings, sandcastle building, and soaking up the sun. We also appreciated the little touches that made our weekend extra special; there was even plenty of space for an egg hunt and both the home as well as the fully fenced yard was great for our fur babies (dogs). We felt right at home! We look forward to booking another stay in the future!

The Lost Boy Beach Cabin is a very special place. It is located just outside Oceanside and within walking distance to the Short Beach trail. The view from the living room and deck is a moment to remember, and watching the waves while sitting on the Adirondack chairs is perfect. Nate was an ideal host. Communication was excellent; the home was immaculate and well-stocked. The furniture and beds were all comfortable, and the cabin had a sense of whimsy. We will visit again on our next trip to Oceanside.

It was a great location, easy access to the beach, had an amazing view of the water & beautiful sunsets. The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. They have stocked it with plenty of everything you need. I have to say the bath towels were AWESOME! I actually ordered some for myself while we were still in Rockaway. Communication was quick & easy as well. We’d definitely stay again!

Heidi was an amazing host. We had a great stay at this place and would definitely come back when in the area. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Family illness prevented us from getting to Scott's place. He was kind and understanding as we kept him updated every 24 hours and he returned our cleaning fee. I had to fill out the airbnb ratings to get to this place to comment even though we never make it to Neskowin. From Scott's kindness, patience, and presence on the phone, I trust his home was great! He has a very generous cancellation plan, yet, our family situation demanded that we all stay with our loved one somewhere else at the last minute. I would book again if our family needs a place to gather on the ocean.

This was our 3rd visit to Capehaven. We love the house, the ocean view, and accessibility to the beach. We come here with our grown children, and have such a wonderful time. We will be back!

These tiny homes are a fantastic getaway spot. We're definitely returning!
