Oly's Relaxing Vintage Sea View House

Oly's house is a relaxing vintage stone house by the sea. Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

Villa - Αρχαία Επίδαυρος

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη πράσινη περιοχή με μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα και στην κοιλάδα με τις πορτοκαλιές. Απέχει 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από την υπέροχη παραλία με εγκαταστάσεις για λουόμενους, 10 λεπτά από το χωριό και το μικρό αρχαίο θέατρο της Επιδαύρου, 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το φημισμένο θέατρο της Επιδαύρου, 30-60 λεπτά από το όμορφο Ναύπλιο, τις Μυκήνες, τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο και τον Ισθμό της Κορίνθου, τα ιαματικά λουτρά των Μεθάνων, καθώς και τα νησιά Πόρο, Ύδρα και Σπέτσες.

Πρόκειται για μία κατοικία μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Νέας Επιδαύρου με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σύγχρονου εξοχικού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κάτω από το Βυζαντινό κάστρο, με πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού και του καστρου. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Υπάρχει πάρκινγκ και μαγαζιά πρώτης αναγκης σε απόσταση βαδίσματος.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
