Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean and felt very homey. The bed in the primary was so comfortable. It was a short walk to public beach and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Genuinely a fantastic stay, my girlfriend and I loved Fort Walton and decided to book this place for her birthday. The place was clean, had a really nice patio and Dan was very helpful and friendly! Absolutely going to pick this place again when we’re ready for another vacation!

This is a nice place, just a short 5~10 minute walk to a public beach access point. To reach the beach, you’ll need to cross a main road, but there are designated pedestrian crosswalks right in front of each access point, and drivers stop for pedestrians. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and the downstairs includes a small kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom. A small balcony offers a view of nearby buildings. While this place is currently undergoing renovations, it is fully functional, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The hosts were very responsive, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

Cheryl's place was absolutely fantastic and Cheryl is one of the nicest host I've stayed at. Beach is walking distance. Food and entertainment is close by and you are in the middle of everything but in a private location. Even the neighbors are friendly. Will definitely be back and wish I would give 6 stars 🌟

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay at Summer Place! The condo was extremely clean and had super easy pool and beach access, which was just what we needed with a 1 year old. The location is awesome, with a beautiful ocean view and close to many good restaurants as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was still a great place to stay at. Beautiful in the inside and if you wanted to walk to places you can it’s not too far which was perfect. Not too far from the beach either. Will be booking again

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

The condos location was amazing! Very clean and accommodating. We did have some issues with pool bracelets but Markietta was very helpful and readily available. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

My husband & I absolutely loved our first trip to Florida together. I have been to Florida numerous times but this was my husband’s first & he absolutely loved every bit of it. This place is perfect and by far my favorite place in Florida. Private area and not busy during our stay. Minutes away from the pier, multiple beach accesses, a few restaurants & the marine park! 30 minutes up the road is Pensacola which we loved exploring. We are already planning our trip back in the fall. Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly highly recommended!!!

My family enjoyed a much needed Spring Break at the pool and a beach day. It was a beautiful place to stay and the condo had everything we needed so you really don't have to bring a lot with you. It was a nice location right by stores and restaurants, we even enjoyed the Grill at the Tiki bar which had some decent entertainment and good food. Overal it was a great week and would definitely like to continue bringing my family here for years to come especially since the owners are so nice and communicative.

We stayed in this unit at the Palms for 6 weeks over the holidays. What a joy to be here at that time. They even had a decorated Christmas tree waiting for us!! Krystal’s place is gorgeous and pristine and no detail left undone!! It felt like home as soon as we moved in. We loved the huge sectional, the updates everywhere , the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of the ground floor unit.They spared no expense with the pillows and bedding!! OMG, you will sleep like a baby!!!! Also, they have about everything imaginable for kids and trips to the beach and pool… floats, boogie boards ,etc! You won’t have to bring anything!! If we had any questions Krystal responded quickly, which was so awesome. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling and saying hello!! We actually preferred the safety and security here over others that are directly on the beach. And the Palms is just stellar for an awesome Destin vacay at any time of the year!! We’ll be back!!!

Great place to stay. The location is convenient to all the restaurants, shopping centers and beaches. I will definitely stay here again.
