My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Genießt die Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder einem Boot auf der Havel. Auf unserem Hof haben wir einen Kinderspielplatz und im Dorf noch einen. Tiere zum streicheln (Katzen, Schafe, Kaninchen) oder beobachten (Storchenpaar) gibt es bei uns reichlich. Unsere Hühner legen Euch gerne auch ein paar frische Frühstückseier.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Ferienhaus „Fährblick“

Wir (Linda, Flori, Kind, Kind und Hund) wohnen in der schönen Kleinstadt Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe befindet sich ca. 75 Km von Berlin entfernt und ist optimal mit dem Zug erreichbar. Im Jahr 2013 hatten wir die Möglichkeit ein Grundstück direkt am Wasser zu erwerben. Neben unserem nun vollständig saniertem Einfamilienhaus, befindet sich ebenfalls das unmittelbar am Wasser gelegene Ferienhaus auf dem Grundstück, was nun ebenfalls teilsaniert wurde.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly.
