Unique Stay in a fabulous converted DOUBLE DECKER BUS! Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Set in the heart of the Sussex Weald, north of Steyning, The Old Coach House is on the site of the original Victorian coach house at Danefold. It is light & spacious with oak beams, galleried landing & wood burner - a year round choice for long or short breaks. The garden leads directly onto footpaths (bluebells galore in Spring) including the Downs Link: ideal for walkers, cyclists & equestrians. Nearby are historic houses & gardens as well as Goodwood, Fontwell, & Brighton racecourses.

Undercover woodland treehouse West Sussex

This treehouse is hidden away in 50 acres of private woods. It sits up high in an old oak tree at the top of a bank looking over a stream. Its the perfect place to get away from it all. To cook over a real fire and sit out under dark star filled nights. You won't need to bring any camping equipment, It even has a hot outside shower! There are lots of footpaths close by for lovely walks through woods and fields. The Dragon pub is a 10 minute walk, great food and a lovely big garden.

The pod has WiFi from Three 4G. ** The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC ** Also as a result on cloudy days we need to run a generator to recharge the batteries
