We do our best to be respectful, but this home is best suited for guests comfortable with a lived-in environment rather than complete silence.

The studio has a new AC for guest's pleasure! We do not accept smoking, pets, or parties! Check out is at 11 am. Non-approved late checkouts will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.
