This house is divided into a duplex-like (front & back unit). Guests will have the whole front unit with private front entry, private gated back courtyard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with an A/C wall unit, and 1 reserved parking space. The bedrooms only have fan installed, but we have one portable A/C unit as a back-up or required for one of the bedroom.

Tucked away in a quiet private Cul De Sac, The "Casa De Las Rosas" a part of and Old Time Village, is a Cute 2 Bedroom home 1 Bath,Living room with 2 Futon for an additional(4)guest. Enjoy the proximity to Down Town San Diego and surrounding areas. We are in a Neighborhood surrounded by Victorian Homes. Please let us know if/when you are bringing a service /emotional Dog.
