My husband and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this vacation rental in the Bahamas! The hosts went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Even checked-in on us to see if we needed fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchenette area. When the included rental car needed replacing, they handled it seamlessly, and their recommendations for local amenities and experiences were spot-on—truly the best the island has to offer! The property itself was well-equipped, clean, and perfectly located for exploring. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful touches (we won't spoil it for you, that way it's a nice surprise) and exceptional hospitality. Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Florian and Alicia were super helpful and generous with their time. Anytime we had a question or an odd request, a screwdriver for my husband’s kite surfing gear, they were right on top of it! The kitchen had everything we needed and the easy walk to the grocery store made cooking at the villa super easy. Transportation was easy to find right outside the villa to get us where we needed to go each day or we contacted Kevin on the days we needed to go a little further. The little beach right outside the villa was perfect and the view was amazing! We would definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting Nassau in the future!

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very great time in this house. The house is gorgeous, safe and very clean. The location of the house is very approachable, we can walk to almost everywhere in paradise island. We love this place overall, thank you, Kristina!

This two bedroom with three beds and two baths was very nice. Great views off the back. Nice pool attached. Walkable area with food choices nearby. Full kitchen. Good WiFi. Good ac with nice ocean breezes as well. Quite area with not a lot of background light. Would stay again for sure.

Megan’s place was in a good location close to a venue we were visiting. Nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is having more than one mirror in the unit, specifically a full length one.

Arrived and were taken to our unit and given all instructions. 2 pools (note: not heated) and we couldn't believe how close we were to the beach - easy to run back and forth all day. Easy walk to the marina with liquor store, groceries, Dunkin, other restaurants as well as Atlantis. We did the day pass there, which was enough - I was happy we chose the AirBnB vs. the hotel - more our speed (kids are 12 and 9). Spent every night playing Yahtzee on the awesome patio, listening to the waves crash. Unit size was plenty and had all necessary kitchen + bath items. The onsite restaurant was great; recommend ordering to-go to save time. Neighbors were friendly and we loved the cats!! Our family can't wait to go back!

Our family stayed for a week’s holidays and we felt right at home. Tineka and her daughter were very friendly as were the other residents in the building. We’d have no hesitation to stay there again!

The property provided the privacy and peace we needed to relax and spend quality time together. I asked my husband how he rated my surprise for him and he gave me a 10/10. So that said it all. It was the icing on the cake.

We loved the proximity of this property to the beach & restaurants. It was extremely safe & walkable. The “neighborhood” of the villa was so quiet! We had an infant with us and the villa had everything we needed. Having the washer & dryer in the unit was a bonus! The villa was pristine. Kyrene was so responsive to our requests & helpful. We’d definitely recommend to friends & family.

An amazing stay in such a beautiful property and location! Meticulously clean, very tastefully furnished and with all the facilities you need. The breath-taking views added to our perfect stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb, and it exceeded all of my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living space was cozy with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it was perfect – nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that I could easily walk to several places. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo in a secure, private location. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The private garden was a lovely addition. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

Me and my friends enjoyed the weekend in The Bahamas at Sheena’s place. Close the airport, very convenient as one of my friends had an early flight to the family island. Great restaurants on Bay Street West, just a short drive away. Dino’s Gourmet Conch salad one of the best on Island. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Juliette’s place. It was just as described, clean and very comfortable/convenient. The location was great - close walking distance to a beautiful public beach and the world famous Atlantis with great attractions and restaurants. The place was also convenient enough for us to go into Nassau for a night out. Juliette and Byron were extremely nice, responsive and knowledgeable/helpful - they answered our questions thoroughly and promptly and helped any way they could. We’d definitely come back and stay with Juliette again. Hands down recommend her place.

Great Value for money considering the surrounding prices. Privacy. Spacious. Luminous even though basement. Great Hosts. (I would have prefer squeeky clean looking white sheets and towels because the black colour of towels is giving a different impression although also clean but overall very good.)

This place was exactly as described! It was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lounge and dining area we large with a great well equipped kitchen! Clean with everything we could possibly need. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and easily accessible to walk to shops, beach and surrounds. Great hosts! Quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again “in a heartbeat”!!

From start to finish, the hosts and the listing exceeded expectations! Extremely friendly and helpful with making sure our group would be accommodated appropriately. The property is in a great location with privacy and unmatched views. Interior is beautiful to match with the rest of the property with plenty of space and tidy rooms!
